Vi udvikler løsninger for mange forskellige kunder – fra mindre private virksomheder til store offentlige projekter. Uanset projektets størrelse vil du som Business Consultant komme til at gøre en mærkbar forskel sammen med dygtige kolleger i branchen.

Vi søger en Business Consultant med stor og veldokumenteret interesse for digitalisering til at løse opgaver inden for brugerinvolvering, uddannelse, gevinstrealisering, procesoptimering og forandringsledelse. Opgaverne vil knytte sig til vores store projekter – både i den offentlige og den private sektor.

Du vil som Business Consultant være med til at sikre, at Netcompanys IT-projekter forankres i vores kunders organisation og faglige processer. Dertil skal du være med til at sikre, at brugerne har de rette evner, så både brugerne og organisationen som helhed er klar, når det nye produkt skal tages i brug.

Opgaverne som Business Consultant er mangfoldige. De kan f.eks. være at planlægge, koordinere og gennemføre organisatorisk og forretningsmæssig implementering, herunder:

  • Bistå kunden med forandringsledelsesinitiativer
  • Udarbejde brugervejledninger og undervisningsmateriale samt undervise brugerne hos kunden
  • Gennemføre analyser af og rapportere på forandringsparathed
  • Kortlægge processer og facilitere workshops med kunden
  • Opstille gevinstopfølgningsmodel og udarbejde kommunikationsplaner
  • Opbygge solidt domænekendskab ved at deltage i og facilitere analysearbejde, test- og refinement aktiviteter

Du stiller spørgsmål, når du er i tvivl – eller for at lære fra dig, når du ikke er. Deadlines skræmmer dig ikke, og du er frisk på at lægge en ekstra indsats, når det er nødvendigt.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er enten nyuddannet eller har et par års erfaring – gerne i samspillet mellem IT, forretning og organisation, fx som IT-projektleder eller konsulent
  • Har en interesse for IT og digitalisering
  • Har solide formidlingsevner skriftligt såvel som mundtligt og er flydende i dansk og engelsk
  • Har erfaring med arbejde i PowerPoint og Excel
