We are strengthening our Travel for Meeting team and are looking for a Travel for Meeting Consultant (full-time position) in Denmark with location in our office in Copenhagen. You will be working as a part of a Scandinavian team working with both Swedish and Norwegian colleagues beside the Danish.

What You'll Do

  1. Understand and meet Client Service Level Agreements (SLA if applicable)
  2. Deliver outstanding service based on the clients Event Brief including research, budgets, policies, negotiation, and management of Suppliers.
  3. Support with coordination and execution of Group and/or Individual Air/Train bookings
  4. Communicate confidently amongst peers to share best practice.
  5. Achieve targeted financial results whilst delivering high quality service and demonstrate significant savings on client spend. Financial management throughout the life cycle of the booking.
  6. Able to work on own initiative and within a team.
  7. Negotiation (Financial, Contractual etc.) with suppliers
  8. Communication with booking owners
  9. Accurate and timely data management
  10. Logistical coordination of the event
  11. Maximizing of revenue per event and understanding of overall contribution to revenue and P&L
  12. Budget reconciliation per event
  13. Financial and Data Reporting per event, per client

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Group or Individual Air bookings
  2. Experience of booking individual Air/Train & group Air/Tail travel, responsible for group movements ranging from 10 to 2000+ people.
  3. GDS: Group and individual reservations: Amadeus Preferable
  4. MS Office user
  5. Negotiation and contracting skills
  6. Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and Business English
  7. Flexibility and Ability to adapt
  8. High level of attention to detail
