As ComplyCloud continues to grow, conquering and winning on the international market is a top priority for us and we are therefore on the lookout for talented and customer-focused Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), who are excited to own our outbound sales engine and help build pipeline on the Dutch market.
Our mission is simple We are here to empower businesses to achieve seamless compliance within data protection and IT security. While many in our team have prior compliance experience, many have been successful without it. Rest assured that we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful
What you will doAs a SDR, you will master the process of identifying prospects within our strategic segments using tools like Salesforce and Cognism, and then reach out to future customers, showcasing a solid understanding of our value proposition and product. You will book prospects for introductory meetings with our account executives and log all activity in Salesforce.
What you need to succeedYou are a self-starter with a high degree of empathy toward our customers and their needs. You possess a natural ability to overcome objections and win meetings. You are enthusiastic about building early traction in a new market. Prior experience in B2B SaaS in a pipeline-generating role is a huge plus, alongside an outgoing personality high on patience, grit, creativity, and logic.
