Organisational Development Manager

At Pleo, we are committed to building an empowered and kind performance culture - one that supports our people in learning, growing, and reaching their full potential every day. We're at an exciting inflection point: we've just created our first company-wide performance framework, and we're about to launch it. Now, we need someone who can take it from process and principles to culture - embedding it deeply into the way we work, learn, and develop. And accelerate it, with new ideas and deep expertise in how we can continuously improve.

This role is about more than setting up processes, it's about driving meaningful conversations, supporting development, and ensuring performance is something we actively live, not just track. As we build on this foundation, we also need someone to help us in designing our approach to talent management. That's answering how we define potential, assess it and make sure we offer different ways for our people to grow in line with our business priorities.

As our Senior Organisational Development Manager, you will make sure performance and talent management are practical, useful, and truly embedded in how we work. You'll bring it to life for all of Pleo and help us accelerate our journey towards an empowered and kind performance culture.

What does this role entail?

  • Implementing and driving our new Pleo-wide our performance management approach
  • Co-creating our talent strategy and designing talent programmes
  • Inspiring Pleo through your expertise in organisational development, becoming a trusted advisor across Pleo.

  • Ensuring that our values, behaviours and ways of working are embedded across our people processes
  • Providing coaching and sparring to managers to drive performance in a kind and empowered way
  • Implementing and refining our 360 feedback approach, fostering continuous growth and development.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
  • Bring demonstrable experience of implementing and driving performance management in scale-ups and bigger organisations.
  • Have seen multiple ways of driving performance and talent management and know the pros and cons of different approaches
  • Have hands-on experience with performance and talent management systems
  • Are data-driven, using insights to inform decisions and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Excel at stakeholder management, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Are both structured and detail-oriented, and can lead projects forward
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Stay on top of trends and learnings within the field of performance, talent and organisational development.
  • Are a creative problem-solver, bringing innovative solutions to complex organisational challenges.
Your colleagues say that you are:
  • A business-savvy advocate for your customers (employees) balancing their needs with business priorities
