Reporting to the Chief People Officer, as our Global Organisational Development Director, you will shape the Talent vision and strategy globally from design to execution, ensuring Trusties at all levels have the skills and knowledge to deliver on our strategic goals both now and in the future. Driving an impactful plan across diverse initiatives from core skills building to leadership development, talent programmes to career ignition, you will play a significant role in making sure our people are fully equipped to drive our business forward and do the work of their lives.

You will have a team of 5 awesome professionals supporting and reporting to you from across our US, UK and Denmark. On this exciting journey, you will have the opportunity to mold and shape the future of Talent at Trustpilot and help to not just deliver on our plans, but push the boundaries of what is possible.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Design, create and embed our Talent strategy to drive Trustpilot forward in our goal to become a destination employer known for top quartile engagement.
  2. Build world class leaders and very effective succession plans that will ensure we continue to have a world class leadership bench.
  3. Oversee talent assessment ensuring we have a clear view of the organisation to ensure we are always building the capability needed to deliver on our plans.
  4. Oversee the design, development and implementation of global initiatives to drive People transformation and achieve Trustpilot's goals.
  5. Partner with senior leadership to help accelerate their development and leadership capability.
  6. Develop, support and inspire the Talent Development team, ensuring both business needs and individual growth needs are supported.
  7. Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to deeply understand the business in order to ensure all our work is helping Trustpilot and Trusties reach our mission.
  8. Partner with other areas of the People Team to develop and support our initiatives and bring them to life (e.g. Comms, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, People Operations etc.), landing initiatives with clear impact.
  9. Ensure oversight of the Talent Development budget, reporting and tracking of spend.

Who you are:

  1. The Dream Talent CV: Deep experience in a Talent leadership role within a fast-paced, scaling tech environment, ideally with a global footprint. You will also have had experience outside the world of Talent in a role that has brought you very close to the business in order to give you a very strong business acumen.
  2. The Talent Nerd: Significant expertise in developing and executing high impact Talent strategies.
  3. The Talent Magnet: You are known for your exceptional leadership capabilities - exhibiting both challenge and compassion - something people follow you for.
  4. The Dreamer and the Pragmatist: A balance between thought leadership in the talent space and practical application for maximum impact.
  5. Business Leader at heart: Deep business acumen and an ability to translate business strategy into what we need to deliver as a function to support that.
  6. The Eagle: The ability to not only think big picture and see it with a birds eye view, but to also fully engage in the detail of the data with eagle eyes on a more miniscule level.
  7. The Architect: Well-developed analytical skills, using data to guide planning, execution and the ability to bring structure, find solutions and bring clarity to a complex landscape.
  8. The Influencer and the Diplomat: Demonstrable strength in stakeholder management, building positive and collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
  9. Make it happen: Ability to work fast with a sense of urgency when needed.
  10. Act with humility: We are a truly collaborative function where everybody's ideas and opinions are equally respected and valued. We seek to never dominate or squash the ideas of others, and instead listen to understand.
