What you'll be doing:
- Design, create and embed our Talent strategy to drive Trustpilot forward in our goal to become a destination employer known for top quartile engagement.

- Ensure oversight of the Talent Development budget, reporting and tracking of spend.
Who you are:
- The Dream Talent CV: Deep experience in a Talent leadership role within a fast-paced, scaling tech environment, ideally with a global footprint. - The Talent Magnet: You are known for your exceptional leadership capabilities - exhibiting both challenge and compassion - something people follow you for.

- The Architect: Well-developed analytical skills, using data to guide planning, execution and the ability to bring structure, find solutions and bring clarity to a complex landscape.
- The Influencer and the Diplomat: Demonstrable strength in stakeholder management, building positive and collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Make it happen: Ability to work fast with a sense of urgency when needed.
- Act with humility: We are a truly collaborative function where everybody's ideas and opinions are equally respected and valued. We seek to never dominate or squash the ideas of others, and instead listen to understand.
