Vil du være med til at sikre en stærk og brugervenlig IT-service i en organisation, der arbejder efter ITIL-rammeværket? Har du erfaring med IT Service Management, datahåndtering og procesoptimering – og trives du med at betjene afdelingens ledergruppe med en række administrative opgaver? Vi søger en struktureret og analytisk stærk kollega, der kan sikre, at vores IT Service Management platform anvendes effektivt og ensrettet i hele Fælles IT og Digitalisering. Du bliver bindeleddet mellem Service og Support og vores ServiceNow-team og skal sikre, at de løsninger, der udvikles, stemmer overens med interne aftaler, ITIL-principper og brugervenlighed.

Derudover vil du have en central rolle i at understøtte ledelsen administrativt gennem planlægning og struktur omkring møder, men også ved at udføre interne kommunikationsopgaver, planlægning af afdelingsarrangementer, og bidrage med økonomistyringsopgaver for afdelingen.

Dine primære opgaver

  • Sikre sammenhæng mellem udvikling af ServiceNow-formularer, interne procesaftaler og brugervenlighed.
  • Understøtte en ensrettet anvendelse af ServiceNow på tværs af sektioner og sikre høj datadisciplin.
  • Forbedre datakvalitet i ServiceNow og sikre, at platformen understøtter strategiske beslutninger.
  • Arbejde systematisk med procesoptimering i ServiceNow i overensstemmelse med ITIL-rammeværket.

Datahåndtering og forretningsunderstøttelse

  • Udvikle rapporter og dashboards, der giver ledelsen indsigt i nøgledata som responstider, supportmønstre og kundetilfredshed.
  • Analysere trends og flaskehalse i supporten for at optimere arbejdsprocesser og brugertilfredshed.
  • Sikre, at Fælles IT og Digitalisering og forretningen arbejder tæt sammen om at bruge data strategisk.

Ledelsesbetjening og administrativ koordinering

  • Planlægning og koordinering: Understøtte ledelsen i planlægning af afdelings- og leder- og afdelingsarrangementer, møder og receptioner, herunder mødeindkaldelser og forplejningsbestilling.
  • Struktur og dokumentation: Vedligeholde intraopslag, assistere med styring af ledergruppens årsplan, ferieplanlægning og økonomiopfølgning.
  • Kommunikation og vidensdeling: Udarbejde standardpræsentationer, sikre tydelig formidling af IT-tiltag og deltage ad hoc i møder med referat og opfølgning.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår:
Løn og ansættelsesvilkår vil være i henhold til gældende overenskomst. Endelig lønfastsættelse sker efter forhandling med den forhandlingsberettigede faglige organisation på baggrund af kvalifikationer.

Ugentligt timetal: Fuldtid
