Your role in our team
With direct report to Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of launches from concept to market introduction. This newly established role will play a key part in ensuring professional and timely product introductions that accelerate time to market and maximize the impact of new product development.

You will be responsible for project managing all launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, applying market research insights, and continuously improving our launch processes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain our Launch Playbook, establishing best practices for future product launches to the market.

As our new Launch Manager, you become part of a cross-functional team driving faster time to market and improved return on investment. Moreover, you will work in a highly ambitious environment with an exciting product pipeline.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• Prepare marketing launch plans for gate reviews, ensuring structured decision-making at key milestones and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Leverage market research from the Insights team to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends and apply these to shape launch strategies and optimize market positioning
• Ensure launch activities are informed by data-driven decision-making and aligned with market opportunities
• Align, refine and improve launch processes with internal stakeholders to reflect new ways of working based on cross-functional feedback, post-launch learnings, and return on marketing investment
• Work closely with Product Management to ensure sales training needs are met, and coordinate activities to equip the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively sell new products. Moreover, ensure the development of sales tools, pricing strategies, and product positioning materials
• Coordination and stakeholder management across multiple departments, ensuring alignment between Product Management, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Insights, and Marketing
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for launches, analyze launch performance, and promote best practices across the organization

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

• You hold a commercial bachelor's or a master's degree e.g. cand.merc or a similar field of study
• You have proven experience in launch management within a B2B environment, preferably in high-tech industrial products
• You have strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing complex projects
• You have experience in process development, implementing best practices and evaluating and optimizing launch performance

As a person, you are proactive, detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset as well as problem-solving skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing structure, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to complex launches. Moreover, you are a strong communicator and have the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different functions. Finally, you are a team player, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution.
