As the Food & Beverage Director, we need you to take overall responsibility for operating all Food & Beverage outlets. We want to increase the operational and strategic commercial focus on Kitchen, F&B outlets and Meeting & Events operation, and your first order of business is to evaluate and course-correct the strategy and make a short-term plan together with the different teams and stakeholders. Going forward the emphasis is on results; creating a dedicated team, building effective operational processes, that maximize profit as well as level of service. Our guests are our number one priority, and our overall goal is to create service experiences second to none.

Your role will include:

  • Day-to-day operation of the departments under your supervision and ensuring the well-being and continual development of your teams.
  • Securing professional operations of Kitchen, outlets and Meeting & Events operations.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the outlets and maximization of performance and profit.
  • Development and implementation of F&B strategy in close collaboration with supporting departments. (Finance, Sales, Marketing etc.)
  • Make sure that operations, service and strategy reflect the overall value set of Bellagroup – in particular sustainability and responsible hospitality.
  • Keep up to date on developments in the service industry and ensure implementation of best practice in your units.
  • Reporting on operational performance to the Hotel General Manager and stakeholders.

This position will report directly to the General Manager and is a member of the Directors Committee within Bellagroup ensuring overall strategies are implemented and has the capacity to influence decisions at group level.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You have proven track record running successful F&B outlets. (3 years+)
  • You are dependable, adaptable and flexible according to operational demand.
  • Able to work flexible hours, evening and bank holidays if required.
  • You are able to create structure and convey clear ownership.
  • You can extract and analyze relevant data, conclude and implement necessary actions.
  • A good commercial understanding, a structured approach and sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills in English written and spoken – Danish is a strong plus, but not a prerequisite.
