We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for AC Hotel Bella Sky to oversee our daily operations and ensure memorable experiences for our guests.

Your role will include:

  1. Supervising all daily food and beverage service activities, including managing dining areas, bars, and events while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Overseeing staff management by training, mentoring, and motivating the food and beverage team to uphold high performance standards.
  3. Organizing regular meetings and conducting performance evaluations to cultivate a collaborative work environment and high employee satisfaction.
  4. Addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly, monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction, and implementing necessary improvements.
  5. Managing inventory levels and coordinating with the kitchen for timely delivery of food and beverage products.
  6. Maintaining focus on employee performance and customer feedback to guide management decisions while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, service techniques, and cost controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast-paced environment.
