IT Service & Proces Konsulent – bidrag til struktur, effektive work flows og compliance i IT i EIFO

Du bliver en del af IT Service & Cyber Security-teamet, som består af 13 specialister med forskellige kompetencer og ansvarsområder. Teamet leverer effektiv og rettidig support på tværs af IT-landskabet – fra PC'er og mobiler til systemer og applikationer.

Som IT Service & Proces Konsulent bliver du en del af et dygtigt IT-team med fokus på drift, projektledelse, governance og udvikling. Du får en alsidig rolle, hvor du skal sikre struktur, dokumentation og overblik i samarbejde med teamet. Din hverdag vil byde på mange forskellige opgaver – både faste driftsopgaver og projektorienterede initiativer.

Dine primære ansvarsområder vil inkludere:

  • Projektledelse i mindre skala: Ansvar for styring og koordinering af mindre IT-relaterede projekter, herunder klar kommunikation mellem interessenter. Opgaverne omfatter planlægning, opfølgning og håndtering af leverancer fra eksterne leverandører samt kommunikation omkring projektets fremdrift og milepæl.
  • Compliance og revision: Indsamling af dokumentation og klargøring til revision samt opfølgning på anbefalinger.
  • Forretningsgange og processer: Udvikle og dokumentere forretningsgange, så teamet arbejder struktureret og effektivt.
  • Governance og IT Operations: Sikre dialog og kommunikation på tværs af organisationen for at understøtte IT-driften.

Derudover vil du også arbejde med:

  • Udarbejdelse af præsentationer og mødemateriale: Forberedelse af beslutningsgrundlag og materiale til ledelsen.
  • Onboarding af nye medarbejdere: Koordinering af introduktion til IT-systemer og processer.
  • Økonomi og administration: Budgethåndtering, fakturagodkendelse og økonomisk overblik i IT-afdelingen.
  • Udbud og kontraktstyring: Teamet håndterer aktuelt 5-7 udbud årligt i tæt samarbejde med Legal. Vi ser dig som den primære kontakt i IT, der sikrer, at Legal får den nødvendige information for at gennemføre udbudsprocesserne effektivt.

Vi søger en struktureret og proaktiv profil med en solid kombination af IT-forståelse og kommunikative evner. Du har en alsidig tilgang, som gør dig i stand til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidig og skabe tydelighed i arbejdet.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en relevant uddannelsesmæssig baggrund. Din formelle uddannelse er ikke afgørende - du kan være kandidat, bachelor eller have anden baggrund.
  • Har min. 2-4 års erfaring fra en lignende rolle, hvor IT og struktur har været en central del af dit arbejde.
  • Arbejder systematisk, engageret og tager ejerskab over dine opgaver.
  • Er erfaren i at koordinere, følge op og sikre fremdrift i opgaver og projekter.
  • Har en solid forståelse for IT-drift, governance eller compliance.

Denne rolle er nyoprettet, og selvom vi har klare forventninger til dine opgaver, vil vi sammen finde rytmen og afdække, om der er yderligere opgaver, der passer til din profil og arbejdsområder.
