About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled UX/UI Designer, to join our Client Channel Execution team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Head of Client Channel Execution.

In this role, you will get the chance to work on next-gen digital banking solutions, designing seamless and user-friendly experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to create user-centric interfaces and bring innovative ideas to life.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with our product owners and developers to design simple and user-centric interfaces for our next-gen digital banking solutions.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital banking design.
  • Conduct user research, analyse requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that truly resonate with our users.
  • Work in an agile environment, refining your designs based on internal and external feedback and analytics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless design process from concept to launch.

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and experience working with UX, including customer journey mapping. It is ideal if you have experience with Figma as a design tool.

As a person you are pragmatic and excel at finding effective solutions to digital design challenges. You put the user at the heart of your design thinking process and are passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
You are business-oriented and understand how your work contributes to our business model, and you can work top-down from business targets.

Additionally, you bring curiosity by proactively learning about your work environment and asking questions when needed. You are detail oriented, ensuring your designs are precise and comprehensive, and you thrive as a team player, collaborating effectively to meet sprint and quarterly goals.

As Banking Circle is an international company it's a requirement that you are fluent in English.
