The Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of our first mobile RPG, launching in 2026.

As a key member of the design team, you will work closely with the tech and art teams to deliver an engaging user experience for players and develop a distinctive UI art style that complements the game's art direction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • User and competitor research to inform design decisions.
  • Crafting intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Finalizing designs and assets, including interactivity, transitions, and effects.
  • Implementing assets in Unity and tweaking them as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Senior UI/UX role on at least one published Mobile Game.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, user psychology, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and inclusive design.
  • Experience creating style guides for asset sizes, colors, and fonts in coherence with the game's art direction.
  • Experience designing for multiple screen sizes and devices.
  • Pragmatic approach to asset production and willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Experience with prototyping.
  • Experience with mid-core mobile game design.
  • Experience with Unity UI implementation.
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive mentality.
