The Team

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience and interface of our game. As a key member of the design team, you will also collaborate closely with both the tech and art teams to provide an intuitive and engaging user experience for players and create a distinct UI art style that complements the game's art direction.

Your responsibility will be to design and optimize the full UX journey. You will achieve this through user and competitor research, creating intuitive user flows, wireframes and prototypes, and finalizing designs and assets, including interactivity, transitions, and effects. Secondarily, you should be able to go into the system to tweak and experiment as needed.

Desirable Skills And Knowledge
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of design principles, user psychology, wireframing/prototyping, interaction design, and inclusive design
  • Experience in creating a style guide for asset sizes, colors, and fonts in coherence with the game's art direction
  • Senior UI/UX role on at least one published game
  • Pragmatic approach to asset production and willingness to embrace new technologies
  • Experience with prototyping
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
  • Great cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive and pragmatic mentality
  • Portfolio showcasing your seniority and skills, including relevant examples such as wireframes, user flows, mockups, and finalized UI
  • Good communicator and collaborator
  • Enjoys playing RPGs, open-world games and multiplayer games
  • Experience with Unreal UI implementation is a plus
Role Responsibilities
  • Engage in user and competitor research
  • Create flowcharts, wireframes and prototypes
  • Create design guidelines, style sheets, and color schemes
  • Create high-quality layouts and UI assets, ensuring consistency with the game's art direction
  • Implement assets in Unreal and create interactions, transitions, and effects in the system
  • Collaborate with the tech team to create a solid and performant UI system for the game and discuss tools and pipelines
