Vi leder efter en skarp System Administrator til at opbygge, optimere og supportere vores interne IT-systemer.

Vi er et Azure konsulenthus med 100+ softwareudviklere, og du vil blive vores første interne Systemadministrator. Med en virksomhed bestående af softwareudviklere, er folk meget selvkørende, men nu er det tid til at ansætte en, som har ansvar for intern IT og dækker alt fra generel IT-support til analyse og opsætning af interne SaaS systemer.

Vi leder altid efter løsninger, som er placeret højst muligt i "as a service"- stakken. På systemsiden vil du derfor have et hovedfokus på implementering og konfigurering af SaaS baserede systemer. Vores systemlandskab er hovedsageligt baseret på Microsoft (Entra ID, M365 og Power BI) samt diverse SaaS løsninger.

En af dine første store opgaver bliver at centralisere en række systemer i en ny SaaS løsning fra HiBob. Du vil skulle være drivende i at importere, modellere og kvalitetssikre data, samt opbygge rapporter i HiBob og Power BI. Lyst til og flair for at arbejde med data er derfor centralt.

Du vil arbejde sammen med vores Head of Delivery, Head of People & Culture, Office Manager og et par af vores Cloud Architects. Disse kollegaer har indtil nu stået for mange af dine fremtidige opgaver, og du vil få et tæt samarbejde med dem.

Du får til ansvar at sørge for:

  • Analyse og opsætning af interne SaaS systemer såsom HiBob, Culture Amp, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, SharePoint, M365 og Entra ID. Herunder sikre, at manuelle processer ensrettes og så vidt muligt automatiseres.
  • Udvikling af Power BI rapporter med henblik på at sikre ledelsens overblik over forretning.
  • Ad hoc rapportering med dataudtræk og analyser ved brug af Excel.
  • Generel IT-support – f.eks. omkring Lenovo udstyr, printer, netværk mv.
  • Ansvarlig for analyser af og indkøb af IT-udstyr.

Hvad forventer vi af dig?

  • Erfaring med opsætning af SaaS løsninger og optimering af interne forretningsprocesser.
  • Forståelse for data og datamodellering.
  • Erfaring med IT-administration og support.
  • Dygtig til at analysere, fejlfinde og fixe IT problemer.
  • Agilt mindset og gerne med erfaring i at implementere med fokus på MVP.
  • Stærk i Excel.

Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med:

  • Microsoft Power BI udvikling.
  • Opsætning af nogle af vores SaaS løsninger M365, HiBob, Culture Amp, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Netværk, Unify og DNS.

Som person er du selvstændig, ansvarsbevidst, initiativrig og serviceminded, og klar på at gribe en bred vifte af opgaver.
