As a cloud-based solution provider, the security and integrity of our customers' data are at the core of everything we do. Because we commit to safeguarding this delicate information, we are looking for a Security & Compliance Manager who will take the lead in driving our security and compliance efforts to the next level.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's information and cyber security strategy. You will work collaboratively across all departments to drive robust security procedures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems. You are responsible for our entire security framework and for protecting tamigo from threats to our data and system. In addition, you will conduct security training and awareness building for management and employees.

Our customers have a vested interest in how tamigo handles risk, and you will assist in replying to RFIs and RFPs from customers.

As tamigo's compliance promoter, you're in charge of ensuring that we remain compliant with relevant industry regulations and standards and respond to all customer queries regarding compliance. You will conduct annual audits on internal systems and host third-party audits to maintain certifications and compliance certificates (ISAE3402, GDPR). Additionally, you will maintain DPAs with our franchises and suppliers.

You will report directly to the CEO.

You are an ideal fit if you have:

  • Practical experience with cyber- and information security, audits and compliance.
  • Experience with implementing a compliance framework in a software company.
  • An understanding of the SaaS business model and finding the right balance between regulatory compliance and customer needs.
  • Concrete experience with the ISAE3402 or ISO27001 framework, and an interest in taking us to the next level of certification.
  • 4 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • A relevant university degree or equivalent.
