We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to our Distributor Markets
As the Regional Marketing Manager – Distributor Markets, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing BIBS' global marketing strategy in collaboration with our international distributor partners. You will ensure they have the necessary tools and localized resources to implement effective marketing campaigns and activities tailored to their specific markets while maintaining consistency with BIBS' overarching goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for global distributor partners, building strong relationships to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide guidance and training to distributors on global marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and execution best practices.
- Assist distributors with local activities including trade show and consumer show support, PR and media activities, social media or influencer related questions, requests, or briefs, local awards, baby boxes and sampling opportunities, event planning, and brand collaboration.
- Create toolboxes and delivery kits to ensure distributors have access to a comprehensive suite of marketing assets, including visuals, videos, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the localization of assets to align with regional languages, cultural nuances, and market trends.
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with distributors to align their local marketing efforts with BIBS' global marketing strategy.
- Offer strategic insights to help distributors create and execute campaigns that resonate with their target audience while achieving measurable results.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Partner with internal teams to roll out global campaigns, ensuring adaptability for local markets.
- Work with distributors to implement campaigns across various channels, including social media, retail, and events.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets for distributor markets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Track spending and provide regular updates on budget utilization to internal stakeholders.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives, collecting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on distributor marketing activities, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best practices.
Brand Consistency:
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all local marketing efforts align with BIBS' global brand guidelines and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on international markets or distributor relationships.
- Strong understanding of localization and cultural adaptation in marketing.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in budget management, including planning, tracking, and reporting on marketing expenditures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
- Experience in digital marketing and proficiency with tools like social media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
- English language is a must; Danish and other languages are a plus.
