Do you want to join a global leader and work at the intersection of private equity and renewable energy technologies? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for a Vice President, Client Solutions & Commercial Development to join our team based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The role
As VP, Client Solutions & Commercial Development, you will work to prepare and transform CIP for accelerated growth to deliver on our deeply committed 2030 strategy. You will work as part of a highly specialized team delivering complex fund- and investment solutions.
You will manage customer-centric solutions, define the pricing and commercial strategy, optimize the go-to-market approach, and manage product development initiatives to enhance our competitive position and be a global leader in our field.
Responsibilities will further consist of:
Strategic Growth & Market Development- Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for fund solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities, emerging client demands, and competitive dynamics to manage product innovation and business expansion.
- Direct the design and optimization of customer models, ensuring an effective segmentation approach tailored to various clients.
- Develop and refine pricing models to balance competitiveness with revenue optimization, ensuring a scalable and sustainable commercial strategy.
- Partner with internal specialist teams to drive client engagement, delivering customized fund solutions that enhance client retention and growth.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of fund solutions, from ideation and feasibility assessment to implementation and market launch.
- Work closely across teams and regions to develop new products that address evolving industry requirements.
You
We are looking for a strategic thinker holding a relevant degree within finance, business, management or other related fields, and a minimum of 8+ years of full-time experience. In addition, we expect you to have a combination of experience from both leading management consulting firms and from a larger corporate.
In addition, you have a deep financial understanding and knowledge of private equity structures, and financial services business models, combined with advanced commercial insight and business development skills.
Key qualifications include:
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to develop commercial strategies, market assessments, and pricing frameworks.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders, fund managers, and institutional investors.
- Ability to direct cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
- Skilled in communication, with the ability to shape decision-making and implement strategic initiatives.
