Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark European Sperm Bank Full time
European Sperm Bank was founded in Copenhagen in 2004 and is today one of the world's most recognized sperm banks, focusing on high quality in all aspects of our work. Our mission is to help women and couples bring healthy children into an open and inclusive society. To achieve this, we continuously recruit men aged 18-45 to become sperm donors in Denmark, Hamburg, and Amsterdam.

Working at European Sperm Bank

At European Sperm Bank, you will be part of an international and dynamic work environment with a friendly and informal atmosphere. We are a growing company, and there is always something exciting happening. Most importantly, you will be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference for donors, donor-conceived children, and their families.

You will be part of our experienced donor coordination team in Copenhagen while also being a part of a strong international network of donor coordinators across our locations.

Your role as Donor Coordinator

As a Donor Coordinator, your primary task is to ensure that donors feel welcome and safe throughout the entire process – from the initial online application to the final approval by our medical team and throughout the donors' time as a donor with ESB.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting interviews with donors
- Following up on appointments for blood tests and medical check-ups
- Handling test results
- Blood sampling
- General donor administration and coordination

You will be part of our experienced donor coordination team in Copenhagen while also being a part of a strong international network of donor coordinators across our locations.

About you

You probably have a background in healthcare or MedTech and have experience working with patients or clients. You are systematic, methodical, and structured in your work, maintaining a strong focus on quality.

We are looking for a colleague who:

- Has strong interpersonal skills and easily builds good relationships with both donors and colleagues
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with many different tasks
- Is comfortable with IT systems and administrative tasks
- Is flexible and solution-oriented
- Is proficient in English, both spoken and written (German or Dutch is a plus)
- Has experience with blood sampling (not required an advantage)

The position is full-time at 37 hours per week, primarily within regular business hours, but includes one Saturday shift per month and one weekly workday until 18:00. The position is a 12-month temporary contract.

We aim to fill the position as soon as possible – no later than between May 1 and June 1, 2025. As we have ongoing job interviews, don't hesitate to send your application, however, the application must be received by April 6^th. Please submit you application via the button "Apply".
