Vi søger en Financial Asset Manager til Asset Management teamet med fokus på ordentlighed, kvalitet og eksekvering.

Rollen

Hos RUBIK Properties vil du være en del af det team, der har det overordnede ansvar for finansiel asset management. Du vil bistå med at drive og udvikle din porteføljes finansielle rapportering og sikre rettighed og korrekt rapportering. Du vil også have ansvar for koordinering blandt en bred vifte af samarbejdspartnere, der alle er med til at sikre, at vi opnår vores mål om finansiel rapportering og controlling i absolut topklasse.

Dine arbejdsopgaver og dit ansvar vil primært dække over følgende:

- Finansiel rapportering, herunder evaluer nøgletal, foretage analyse af budget kontra faktiske tal, gennemgå og godkend ejendomsadministrationsrapporter og koordinering af budgetudarbejdelse (OPEX/CAPEX).
- Likviditetsstyring, herunder sikre langsigtet indsigt i likviditetsbehov.
- Planlægning af årsrapporter og opgørelse af skattepligtig indkomst.
- Løbende sparring og support til Fund, Investment og Asset management.
- Kvalitetssikring og monitorering af ejendomsadministratorer, herunder kontrol af rapportering og statistik inklusive løbende budgetkontrol, overvågning af lejelister, restancer, m.v.
- Fakturakontrol og sikring af betalinger.
- Monitorere opsætning af bankforhold og struktur.
- Deltage i ad hoc-opgaver indenfor regnskab, skat og moms.
- Onboarding af nye investeringer
- Rapportering til investorer

Kvalifikationer

- Erfaring: +3 år erfaring med lignende opgaver, enten som financial asset manager, controller, rådgiver eller lignende.
- Uddannelse: Regnskabsmæssig uddannelsesbaggrund herunder HD i Regnskab eller Cand.merc.aud.
- Struktureret: Det er afgørende for vores tilgang til forvaltning, at vi arbejder systematisk og struktureret.
