In this exciting role you will lead a team of 7 passionate and highly skilled individuals who deliver high-quality nationwide education to healthcare professionals working with obesity, diabetes, and other serious chronic diseases. Our Education Program is among the largest in the Nordics within diabetes and obesity. We educate through various channels such as face-to-face events, webinars, on-demand digital content, local sales-force education meetings, podcasts, congresses, and conferences. It is a strategic driver for Novo Nordisk Denmark and a key enabler of our overall ambition to support patients and healthcare professionals. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, aligning Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Compliance. In addition, you will: - Shape and effect the national education strategy by leading design, conceptualization, planning and executing education programmes - Directly contribute to commercial growth be leading key customer engagement initiatives within educational activities, driving customer engagement and loyalty as well as disease and treatment awareness - Drive partnerships and ensure alignment with external stakeholders, including KOLs, primary care providers, private healthcare providers and scientific associations, to widen scope and reach - Use internal and external resources, including budget, effectively, establishing collaborations with third-party vendors and exploring new partnerships to enhance healthcare education offerings - Drive change in customer engagement by leading innovative and high-impact education initiatives, educational content creation, leading social media campaigns, drive change management within go-to-market and role-modelling multichannel engagement. - Use data strategically to expand and strengthen customer engagement. Your new department The Education team is part of the Customer Engagement & Commercial Innovation Department. Our goal is to optimize and innovate our commercial activities, always with the customer and patient at the centre. The team will be tasked with modernizing our commercial model, identifying, developing and managing commercial partnerships and go-to-market activities based on data and insights to support people living with chronic disease. Your skills & qualifications We are looking for a candidate who has a background in healthcare, education, or a related field combined with proven experience in delivering education to healthcare professionals and managing educational programmes within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Furthermore, you have: - Strong project management skills, commercial understanding and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. - Good understanding of the Danish Healthcare system and the people who work there - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong ability to work and lead cross-functionally - Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities - Knowledge of multichannel engagement strategies - Familiarity with scientific associations or public and private primary care providers. - Fluency English and Danish, both written and spoken is essential Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk Denmark is responsible for the commercial, medical and market access initiatives in Denmark and clinical initiatives across Europe.
