Swedish speaking Student Worker or Part Time employee, Sales and customer service
Are you looking for a flexible student/part-time position in the heart of Copenhagen? We have an open position for a detail-oriented, Swedish-speaking student/part-time worker to join our sales team in our Nordic regional sales office. Our ambitions are high and we have busy days handling the requests from our growing customer database.
You will be an important part of the IGO sales team for the Nordics, handling our Swedish customers. This team, with its online web shop and self-service model, is an indispensable link for IGO.
What will you be doing?
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails
- Help our customers find products to match their needs, create quotes and orders
- Follow up on samples and quotes sent to the customers
- Translating and proofreading product data for our webpage as well as marketing content (SoMe texts and newsletters)
Who are you?
- Are studying Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Communication with at least 1 year left of your study
- Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English. Knowledge of any of the other Nordic languages will be a valued asset
- Have great IT skills and can pick up new systems and processes quickly
What we can offer
- Flexible working hours to fit your study programme (requires approximately 10-15 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours in busy periods.) Work hours between 8 and 16, Monday to Friday
