  • Proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering strategic data architecture advisory, including:
    • Architecting and scoping ERP transformations
    • Driving vendor selection processes
    • Supporting implementations
    • Finishing and securing benefit realisation
  • Participating in sales activities based on your unique blend of technical acumen, commercial savvy, and network.
  • Collaborating, leading, and inspiring colleagues and clients.
  • Depending on your experience, the split between projects and business development tasks will likely be 70% projects/30% Business Development. The more senior, the more time on business development is to be expected.
WHAT WE HOPE, YOU WILL BRING:
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture roles within enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in driving ERP projects (designing a plan, facilitating processes, working with various stakeholders, and driving execution). Experience as a consultant will be regarded as a plus but is not decisive.
  • A commercial mindset, with some experience in sales or business development.
  • Leadership qualities, good communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring and empowering others.
