Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide world-class support to Deltek’s Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud-based customers.
  • Leverage a problem-solving mindset to effectively understand, troubleshoot, and triage.
  • Meet operational and customer satisfaction-related metrics both individually and as part of a team.
  • Drive continuous improvements and expand skills and knowledge.
  • Effectively manage customer expectations and customer experience, as well as contribute to our Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborate with your Line Manager, as well as proactively manage job tasks.
  • Contribute to project-level initiatives across our team to bring value to our people, our customers, and our business.

Qualifications
Qualifications Must-have skills/experience:

  • Progressive experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role with a technology business.
  • Previous knowledge of Maconomy ERP system, accounting background, Software and/or Database knowledge (SQL or Oracle) and/or Superuser experience from another ERP system is an advantage.
  • A clear passion for delivering great customer service and demonstrating customer-centric behaviors.
  • Successful career thus far working in a team environment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
  • General Microsoft server operating system knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, operating independently and being self-motivated.
