Account Manager med interesse for rekruttering søges til startup
Vil du være med til at revolutionere rekrutteringsbranchen? Vi søger en sælger, der er ambitiøs, målrettet og har et kæmpe drive.
Vi er Betterhands – en nystartet rekrutteringsvirksomhed med base i Aarhus, som hjælper industrivirksomheder med at tiltrække tekniske kandidater igennem betalte annoncer på sociale medier.
En typisk arbejdsuge vil indeholde både:
- Relationsopbygning og gensalg til eksisterende kunder.
- Opsøgende salg til nye potentielle kunder.
- Afholde fysiske samt digitale møder med potentielle kunder.
- Projektstyring og ansvar for et team, der står for opsætning og afvikling af Facebook kampagner.
- Løbende opfølgning på igangværende kampagner.
- Deltagelse i salgsstrategimøder og rapportering af salgsresultater.
Stillingen vil være ca. 70% salg og 30% projektstyring.

- Du er proaktiv og griber telefonen når du ikke har andet at lave.
- Du har et godt overblik, og du kan kontrollere at have mange bolde i luften.
- Du har mulighed for (og lyst til) at arbejde på vores kontor i Aarhus.
