Klinisk flowcytometri er et nyt forretningsområde for Sysmex i Norden. Vi har således brug for yderligere kompetencer og ressourcer til at igangsætte salget af helt nyt udstyr, reagenser og antistoffer fra Sysmex.
Det er en spændende mulighed for en stærk salgspersonlighed, som har stor erfaring med klinisk flowcytometri fra hospitalslaboratorier. Det vægtes højt, at du har erfaring med og har opnået gode resultater indenfor strategisk salg og support.
Account Manager & Product Specialist Nordic - clinical flow cytometry
Your responsibilities
Du vil blive en integreret del af det danske Account Manager & Product Specialist team, som i dag består af fem kolleger med ansvar for accounts og andre produktområder, og du vil referere ind til den danske Salgsdirektør. I kraft af din nordiske rolle vil du samarbejde med dine Account Manager & Product Specialist kolleger i de fire nordiske lande omkring fælles kunder og salgsmuligheder.
I tæt samarbejde med den nordiske produktchef for klinisk flowcytometri vil du positionere Sysmex i det nordiske marked. Hermed vil du indgå i et aktivt og vellykket samarbejde med dine øvrige nordiske kolleger for at nå de fælles mål som team.
I arbejdet som Account Manager & Product Specialist er du ansvarlig for at skabe nye salgsmuligheder samt at drive salgsprocessen til et endeligt salg. Efterfølgende er det dig som – i samarbejde med kunden - træner, opsætter analyser på udstyret og igangsætter rutinedriften. I din rolle som produktspecialist har du ansvar for at sikre, at kunden er tilfreds med Sysmex produkterne og den support, de oplever hos Sysmex.
Du er vidensbasen for produkterne overfor dine kunder, og du er ansvarlig for at give dem støtte og holde dem opdateret, så at de kan udføre deres daglige arbejde og udvikles optimalt med deres Sysmex-produkter. Du skaber loyalitet og etablerer Sysmex som 'foretrukken leverandør.'
ARBEJDSOPGAVER
- Være opsøgende, identificere salgsmuligheder og drive salgsprocessen for opnåelse af budgetteret salg i Norden.
- Koordinere og besvare udbud på dit område – i samarbejde med dine kolleger.
- Yde faglig rådgivning med fokus på kundens behov, ønsker, arbejdsgange og patientbehandling.
- Bygge og opretholde stærke relationer til dine kunder (læger, kemikere, bioanalytikere, laboratorieforskere, hospitals IT, medicinsk teknisk personale, indkøb samt afdelingsledelse).
- Projektledelse af instrumentinstallationer og sikre en god og professionel oplevelse for kunden i samarbejde med kolleger fra øvrige Sysmex teams.
- Gennemføre kundetræning og supportere kunder med opsætning af nye analyser/antistoffer.
- Yde produkt- og applikationssupport for at sikre optimal brug af Sysmex-produkterne.
- Deltage i events og udstillinger i samarbejde med Marketing.
- Vedligeholde kundedatabasen med relevant information.
- Holde din viden om Sysmex-produkterne aktuel.
Your profile
KVALIFIKATIONER
- Bioanalytikeruddannet eller tilsvarende teknisk uddannelse/baggrund.
- Viden og erfaring mht. klinisk flowcytometri på et højt specialiseret niveau.
- Erfaring fra klinisk laboratorium, når det gælder diagnostik, mærkning af celler med fluorescerende antistoffer, præparing af prøvemateriale, gating, måling og analysering. Gerne erfaring med implementering af nye analyser og metodeudvikling.
- Erfaren med salg af diagnostisk udstyr.
