Du bliver en vigtig del af vores Kommercielle team, der i dag består af 6 gode kolleger, som udover ansvaret for alt presales også håndterer leads fra digitale kanaler samt inbound, outbound og partner services. Det kommercielle team er stedet, hvor alt nysalg starter, og du kommer til at spille en central rolle i at håndtere nysalg fra first-point-of-contact til signed contract.

Hos Raptor lægger vi vægt på trivsel, og derfor har vi kontinuerligt fokus på personlig og faglig udvikling. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med teamet i forhold til daglige opgaver, men du vil få mange snitflader til resten af organisationen i dit daglige arbejde.

Det er dig, som har al first-point-of-contact med nye leads og sikrer hele indflyvningen fra lead til den fulde salgsproces. Dette i tæt samarbejde med de øvrige teams og ledelsen. Dit fremsyn i kunderelationen med udgangspunkt i omhyggelig kundeanalyse er afgørende for, at vi på den længere bane lykkes med at skabe resultaterne sammen i det kommercielle team.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver
  • Opbygge og vedligeholde varige relationer med kunder ved at forstå deres fokus og forudse deres behov
  • Vedligeholde en database med kunder, kundeemner, partnere og leverandører
  • Køre den fulde salgsprocess – fra identificering af lead til signet contract
  • Generelt samspil med Marketing teamet, herunder sparring i forhold til kampagner, leads og opfølgning
  • Rapportering af nøgletal og sikring af tilbageløb på leads fra marketing
Det vil være en fordel, hvis du besidder følgende kvalifikationer:
  • Du kan være nyuddannet eller have et par års erfaring, men det er et must, at du har tidligere erfaring inden for salg, og at du lever for hele salgsprocessen lige fra identificering af lead til underskrevet kontrakt
  • Du er hurtig over stepperne og en go-do’er
  • Du har en længere videregående uddannelse fra BSS eller CBS – alternativt en baggrund fra Erhvervsakademiet.
  • Du har kendskab til – eller kan hurtigt danne dig et overblik over – Paid Media teknologier, CMS’er, Marketing Automation Tools og andre e-commerce værktøjer
  • Du er selvkørende, udadvendt og proaktiv
  • Du skriver og taler engelsk på højt niveau
