Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:As our Account Executive DACH, you're the maestro of our German sales symphony, blending your genuine sense for German business culture with a strategic mind that can see and solve the pain points of your prospects. You will work closely with the rest of our German team – from Sales Enablement to Client Implementation.
Your job is to spark the dialogue and build strong relationships with our prospects in German public and private organisations. In doing so, you will also get great exposure to the product-side of our business to become a true expert in Danish digital workplaces and how they can transform the way companies work digitally in your German home market.
Your Role:Drive our sales efforts for the DACH-region by managing and growing a pipeline of high-ticket deals with public and private organisations.
Be a trusted advisor for the stakeholders you engage with and educate them on our solution.
Initiate the conversation with German prospects but also continue the relationship with your clients after they closed by facilitating the implementation phase of our software with them.
Work with a variety of sales activities, outbound and inbound, from proactive outreach to answering tenders.
Collaborate closely with your German colleagues and other internal departments.
Your daily workplace will be Aarhus, with an occasional travel day to Germany for in-person client meetings.

Native German speaker. Fluent in English. Danish is a plus, not a must.
You are either a recent graduate or have already gathered your first few years of work experience in sales or business development.
Your proactive approach to project management and client relations ensures a steady deal flow and realisation of new opportunities as they arise.
A drive to hit sales goals and move the needle with our German team.
An excellent understanding of technology and a willingness to learn about a complex product.
A people-person who enjoys to deep-dive with prospects into their situation and pain points and is comfortable leading the conversation and representing Colibo to our German audience.
An instinct for the right approach and tone in communication with German business customers.
First experience from a the Danish or German software company is a great plus.
Last but not least, a team-player who aspires to achieve great hights together and finds joy in building Danish-German connections.
