Raptor Services er en markedsledende udbyder inden for Personalisering og Customer Data Platform (CDP). Vores løsninger gør det muligt for brands at genkende brugernes adfærd på tværs af kanaler, tilbyde personlige anbefalinger og aktivere data i alle deres kanaler. Vi sælges internationalt som en Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) i mere end 45 lande, og bygger vores forretning på høj kvalitet og stærke kompetencer.
Raptor er en del af QNTM Group, som på nuværende tidspunkt består af 8 europæiske tech virksomheder, der alle har fokus på Marketing og e-commerce teknologier.
Du bliver en vigtig del af vores Kommercielle team, der i dag består af 6 gode kolleger, som udover ansvaret for alt presales også håndterer leads fra digitale kanaler samt inbound, outbound og partner services. Det kommercielle team er stedet, hvor alt nysalg starter, og du kommer til at spille en central rolle i at håndtere nysalg fra first-point-of-contact til signed contract.
Account Executive med passion for martech og stærke kommercielle evnerEr du selvsikker, entusiastisk og drevet af resultater? Har du en naturlig flair for at forstå data og anvende det til at skabe stærke, værdifulde kunderelationer? Hvis du har en passion for marketingteknologier og brænder for at drive hele salgsprocessen, så er det dig, vi søger.
Dine primære ansvarsområder- Proaktivt modne og udvikle leads inden for martech-løsninger
- Opbygge og vedligeholde langvarige kunderelationer herunder løbende behovsafdækning
- Drive hele salgsprocessen fra lead-generering til underskrevet kontrakt
- Tæt samarbejde med marketingteamet herunder sparring i forhold til kampagner, leads og opfølgning
- Har erfaring med salg og er drevet af at tage ejerskab over salgsprocessen – fra lead til kontrakt
- Udstråler selvtillid og er motiverende i interaktioner med både kunder og kolleger
- Har en stærk interesse for martech
- Forstår vigtigheden af data og er i stand til at bruge det strategisk i salgsprocesser
- Er udadvendt, proaktiv og selvdreven
- Taler og skriver engelsk på højt niveau
- En spændende rolle med fokus på innovation og vækst i martech-sektoren
- Varierende arbejdsopgaver og rum til nye idéer, initiativer og humor
