I rollen som IT-supporter vil du få rig mulighed for at arbejde på forskellige kundeopgaver, hvilket vil styrke din viden, erfaring og kompetencer. Du vil typisk være tilknyttet én kunde ad gangen og arbejde tæt sammen med deres it-afdeling.

Du kan både komme til at arbejde med telefon-, walk-in- og onsite support inden for et eller flere af følgende arbejdsområder:

  • Support af applikationer og operativsystemer
  • Klargøring, installation, vedligeholdelse samt fejlfinding på slutbrugerens arbejdsstationer
  • Konfiguration og support af printere
  • Support af mobiltelefoner
  • Opsætning og support af mødelokaler
  • Opsætning og tilkobling til netværk
  • Brugeradministration
  • Håndtering og dokumentation af sager i Ticketsystemer

Kunderne, som du vil hjælpe, ligger primært i Storkøbenhavn. Du vil typisk være på 2-3 kundeopgaver om året.

Du vil stå stærkt, hvis du:
har en relevant uddannelse og et par års erfaring med flere af følgende områder:

  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows 10/11
  • OS/iOS
  • Sagshåndtering i Ticketsystem

Du vil nyde at arbejde i rollen, hvis du:

  • Er god til at lytte og spørger nysgerrigt ind

Supportteamet
