Vi søger en samarbejdsorienteret Content Marketing Specialist med over 2 års erfaring inden for B2B/SaaS. Du motiveres af at anvende indsigter til at skabe engagerende content, der giver målbare resultater.
Vi ser gerne, at du har en proaktiv og pragmatisk tilgang, hvor du aktivt opsøger viden og nye opgaver for at maksimere udbyttet af dine projekter - og optimere dem i takt med, at du får nye indsigter.
Som Content Marketing Specialist vil du udvikle koncepter og indhold, der engagerer vores målgrupper og skaber sammenhængende kunderejser på tværs af kanaler som e-mail, web, paid media, support og salg.
Formålet er både at fastholde og udvikle eksisterende kunder samt tiltrække nye. Du arbejder iterativt og prioriterer at nå resultater til deadlines end altid at lave den helt perfekte tekst.
For at lykkes i rollen er det essentielt at være en tydelig kommunikator, der kan sætte retning: Du formidler budskaber enkelt og præcist og giver klare anbefalinger til dine kollegaer, baseret på din faglighed og indsigt.
Planlægge, producere, evaluere og optimere kommercielt indhold samt rådgive kolleger med din viden om kommunikation og kunderejser.
Vedligeholde og opdatere tekst på hjemmeside, e-mail, blog, sociale medier m.m.
Indsamle indsigter om målgruppens behov og udfordringer gennem research og interviews med kunder og interne stakeholders, og omsætte disse indsigter til engagerende indhold, der understøtter vores mål.
Bidrage til sammenhængende kunderejser ved at udvikle koncepter og kommunikation, der matcher de forskellige stadier af kunderejsen.
Arbejde tæt sammen med kolleger i dit team, specialister i data og automation, marketing project management og andre stakeholders for at sikre succesfulde marketingaktiviteter.
Du bliver en del af vores kreative og ambitiøse Content & Customer Experience Team, som består af tre Content Marketing Specialister, tre Grafiske Designere og en ekstern Kommunikationskonsulent.
Vi arbejder med at skabe indsigtsbaseret content, design, koncepter og kampagner, som tilsammen skaber sammenhængende kunderejser. Målet er at engagere vores kunder samt tiltrække nye prospects og leads. Som led i at få endnu mere værdi ud af vores marketingaktiviteter har vi fokus på optimering baseret på performanceindsigter.
Teamet indgår i en større marketingafdeling med 34 dedikerede specialister, ledere og projektledere. Vi har et tæt samarbejde på tværs af teams, så du får rig mulighed for faglig sparring med dygtige kolleger. Med en uformel omgangstone prioriterer vi samarbejde som nøglen til stærke resultater.
