Inside Account Manager

Your role:

In this role you will be responsible for corporate accounts – primarily one of our largest global key accounts within Quick Service Restaurants sector.

The account is managed by our corporate account team, and you will have a coordinating role and work closely with the responsible Key Account Managers in the Nordic countries – Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

You will be the single point of contact for our Nordic cooperation with this account.

You will have to build and maintain a great relationship with the customer and must gain a good understanding of their business, their needs, and always seek to improve the customers’ experience.

Besides supporting the commercial development and implementation of European initiatives, this role also requires a great understanding of external and internal processes which will enable you to quickly support the customer.

The ideal candidate has a great account management background and good administrative skills and thrives by providing best-in-class customer service.

Experience from the business can be an advantage, but your account management and service skills - and drive to be successful in this role are more important.

Our office is in Vedbaek, and the ideal candidate will, with limited travel, be able to be in the office most days - when not working from home when that suits you better.

You will report to our Head of BDM, KAM and Inside Sales.

Your team:

You will be part of our BDM, KAM and Inside Sales team that consists of skilled and experienced individuals, and new less experienced but capable and highly motivated persons in different roles.

You and your colleagues are responsible for local key accounts and the local management of corporate accounts and are working closely together with our other departments.

• Sales funnel management (Sales Force)
• Fluent in Danish and skilled in English
