What You'll Be Doing HR Operations & Compliance
  1. Own and optimize core HR processes - from contracts and onboarding to policies and systems.
  2. Ensure smooth HR administration , including employment contracts, amendments, and terminations .
  3. Oversee leave management (including long-term sick leave and reimbursement applications).
  4. Ensure compliance with Danish labor law and DI Overenskomst , while keeping things practical and people-friendly .
  5. Support the implementation of HR tools and systems to enhance efficiency.
HR Business Partnering & People Support
  1. Act as a trusted HR partner to managers, providing guidance on policies, contracts, and employment law .
  2. Be the go-to person for employees on HR-related questions - from parental leave to benefits.
  3. Support onboarding and offboarding , ensuring smooth employee transitions.
  4. Drive HR communication so policies and processes are clear and accessible to all.
Culture & Continuous Improvement
  1. Keep a pulse on employee needs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment .
  2. Continuously improve HR processes , making them more efficient, transparent, and scalable .
  3. Support leadership on HR projects and initiatives to strengthen RAWBITE as an employer.
What You Bring to the Team
  1. 3+ years of HR experience - you know your way around contracts, compliance, and employee engagement.
  2. Familiarity with DI Overenskomst and a strong understanding of Danish labor law .
  3. Excellent communication skills in Danish & English (bonus points for German).
  4. A structured and proactive mindset - you see solutions, not roadblocks.
  5. A natural ability to build trust and create an open, supportive workplace .

  6. The role starts full-time for the first three months while you set up key HR processes. After that, it transitions into a flexible part-time position .
