Your Impact
As the Head of Partnership (Product), you will be essential in creating and managing Efficy's ecosystem of product partners. You will formalize partnerships with adjacent software tools (ERP, HR, Billing, BI, AI plug-ins) to enable technical interfaces and mutual cross-selling. We seek a dynamic leader with a strong business development mindset to identify and cultivate relationships with key technology partners, ensuring seamless integration and mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with complementary software tools and technologies, including AI.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of partner solutions with Efficy's products, ensuring smooth technical and operational collaboration.
  • Marketplace Expansion: Develop and manage Efficy's marketplace strategy (across all our products suite), expanding our offerings through valuable partner integrations.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continually seek ways to enhance mutual value.
  • Collaboration with CPTO: Work closely with the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to align partnership strategies with product development and innovation.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote partner integrations and joint solutions effectively.
  • Customer Success: Ensure partner-integrated solutions meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.

About YOU

  • 8+ years' experience in business development and strategic partnerships within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing software integrations and marketplace strategies.
  • Experience with AI and other advanced technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical acumen to understand and manage integration processes.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work closely with product and technology teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
