Head of Partnerships and Success

As a key player in Sprint365's success, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth through partnerships.
Job Responsibilities- Manage client relationships, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and execute a long-term customer & partner strategy, shaping and driving a multi-year strategic plan, ensuring alignment with customer/partner goals.
- Be a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investment and serve as their strategic partner.
- Drive revenue growth, identifying opportunities to expand collaboration and unlock additional value for both parties.
