**Growth and Partnership Opportunities**

As our Head of Sales and Partner Relations, you'll have the opportunity to shape your own career path and drive growth within CVX Ventures. You'll collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute plans to achieve company goals.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve organizational objectives
  • Represent CVX Ventures at events and gatherings

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
  • Natural ability to sell and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • High work ethic with a sense of urgency and drive
  • Exceptional leadership and people-oriented skills
