ICM er én af Skandinaviens førende leverandører inden for personlig sikkerhed, teknisk udstyr samt arbejdsmiljøprodukter. Vi beskæftiger ca. 115 glade og engagerede medarbejdere fordelt på to adresser. Gennem årene er ICM vokset både nationalt og internationalt, og vi er stolte af at levere til markeder med ekstra høje kvalitetskrav. ICM servicerer segmenter indenfor både Pharma, Vindenergi, Shipping, Byggeri og Industrien generelt. Alle segmenter har forskellige karakteristika og stiller forskellige krav til vores interne håndtering. ICM er en del af Bunzl-koncernen, der har ca. 20.000 medarbejdere globalt, og som i Danmark har fem selskaber, hvoraf ICM er det næststørste.

Jobbet
Som ansvarlig for vores eget brand får du en bred kontaktflade i organisationen, hvor du skal arbejde sammen med både QHSE iht. dokumentation og compliance, marketing iht. markedsføring og visuelt udtryk på varerne, sælgere for at identificere kundens og markedets behov, samt supply chain iht. lager og opsætning af stamdata. Af denne grund vægtes gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner højt. Der er tale om en fuldtidsstilling med reference til vores Category Director.

Opgaverne i rollen vil være:

  1. Udvikling af strategi for hele kategorien med hensyntagen til balancen mellem forsyningskædens modstandskraft og markedets forventninger til kvalitet, levering og pris.
  2. Sætte målsætninger og arbejde henimod at gøre produkterne mere bæredygtige.
  3. Udvælgelse og udvikling af leverandører og produkter i samarbejde med det globale Category Management team i Bunzl.
  4. Optimering af logistik flow fra leverandører til kunder.
  5. Identificere og implementere mulige forbedringer iht. kravet til produktet og processerne.
  6. Assistere vores salgsafdeling med at finde de korrekte produkter til kunderne og være behjælpelig ved udbud.
  7. Sikre dokumentation og myndighedsgodkendelse af egne brand varer ved oprettelse og ændringer i krav/specifikationer.
  8. Sikre at du holder dig ajour med gældende lovgivning.
  9. Samarbejde med interne interessenter samt afhjælpe problemstillinger og udfordringer.
  10. Løbende rapportering til ledelsen omkring udvikling, afsætning og leverandør performance.

Kvalifikationer
Vi søger en kollega der er stærk i både dansk og engelsk, i skrift og tale. Du skal have dokumenteret erfaring med kategori indkøb og udvikling af strategi.

Vi vil lægge vægt på følgende kompetencer i udvælgelsesprocessen:

  1. Mindst en kortere videregående uddannelse indenfor supply chain, forretningsudvikling, marketing, ingeniør, merkonom, etc.
  2. 5-7 års erfaring som kategori ansvarlig eller lignende funktion.
  3. Er struktureret og detaljeorienteret.
  4. Erfaring indenfor projektledelse af små og mellemstore projekter (B og C).
  5. Kommerciel erfaring, herunder også gerne erfaring med ekstern kundehåndtering.
  6. Leverandørerne er fra Europa, Mellemøsten og Fjernøsten, så du skal besidde en vis kulturforståelse.
  7. Evner og trives med at have mange bolde i luften.
  8. Gerne erfaring med ansvar for egne mærker/brands.
  9. Gerne erfaring med dataopsamling og håndtering omkring emballage, Co2 aftryk og andre bæredygtighedsparametre.
  10. Trives i et team hvor samarbejde og vidensdeling er omdrejningspunktet for succes.
