Dies ist die Rolle
Als Junior Marketing Operations Specialist(in) wirst du an den Head of Marketing reporten und Teil des deutschen Marketing-Teams in Berlin sein. In dieser Position arbeitest du darüber hinaus eng mit deinen Kollegen in anderen Märkten zusammen, um auf vielfältige Weise neue Nutzer*innen zu erreichen und zu aktivieren.

Deine Hauptaufgaben in dieser Funktion:

  • Koordination mit Teammitgliedern zum Verwalten und Tracken von Marketingmaterialien
  • Planung und Erstellung von Inhalten auf verschiedenen Plattformen
  • Erstellung und Versendung von Newslettern, Push-Benachrichtigungen über unser CRM-Tool
  • Teilnahme an Meetings mit dem globalen Team zur Abstimmung der CRM-Strategien
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Social Media, CRM-Inhalten, Playlists und Content-Curation um die beste Kommunikation innerhalb und außerhalb der App sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung bei Übersetzungen (Englisch-Deutsch) und Copywriting für App und Web
  • Unterstützung des lokalen Marketing Teams beim täglichen Aufgaben wie der Pflege der Website, Organisation von Events, Erstellung von Social-Media-Assets und Berichterstattung

Die Erfahrung, die wir suchen:

  • Minimum 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle in der Medien- oder Unterhaltungsbranche
  • Kenntnis digitaler Marketingstrategien und Best Practices
  • Vertrautheit mit CRM-Tools und Social-Media-Plattformen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (inklusive Rechtschreibung) und gutes mündliches sowie schriftliches Englisch
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit einer Vielfalt an Stakeholdern sowohl in Berlin als auch in unseren anderen Standorten
  • Selbstständig und proaktiv zu arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Leidenschaft und Kenntnisse über Podcasts, Audioinhalte, Medien und Unterhaltung sowie Erfahrung mit Subscription-Diensten sind ein großes Plus
