I vores løsninger håndteres store mængder af personoplysninger om alle danskere, og du vil få den meget betydningsfulde opgave at være med til at sikre overholdelsen af de databeskyttelsesretlige regler.

Om jobbet:

Vi søger en studentermedhjælper, som brænder for persondataret og compliance til vores interne IT-afdeling (Group IT). Vi har brug for en studentermedhjælper, der selvstændigt kan tage ansvar for en række områder indenfor databeskyttelsesret. Dine primære opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  1. Vedligeholdelse af diverse privacy dokumenter i KMD’s interne compliance system.
  2. Bistand til afdelingen i forbindelse tilrettelæggelse af interne- og eksterne tilsyn.
  3. Rådgivning om databeskyttelse i systemer og processer.
  4. Bistand til afdelingen for at sikre overholdelse af interne sikkerhedspolitikker.
  5. Ad hoc deltagelse i større projekter, som f.eks. implementering af NIS2 og AI Act.
  6. Udarbejdelse af risk assessments.
Din profil

Du er i gang med sidste del af din bachelor eller på første år af din kandidat af jura- eller ha(jur.)-studiet. Du har interesse for compliance og databeskyttelsesretlige problemstillinger. Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har haft persondataret på studiet eller hvis du er i gang med faget på dette semester. Det er dog ikke et krav, da du vil blive oplært og tilbudt nødvendig uddannelse for at kunne varetage dine arbejdsopgaver.

Du har gode engelskkundskaber, er grundig og omhyggelig. Derudover ønsker vi en kollega, der med udgangspunkt i en stærk juridisk faglighed og selvstændighed kan bidrage til løsning af opgaverne.

Du kommer til at blive en nøglespiller, hvad angår overholdelse af organisationens GDPR-compliance. Du skal derfor kunne lide at være i kontakt med andre mennesker, både i Group IT og på tværs af organisationen.

Du arbejder til dagligt nært sammen med en bred vifte af dygtige kollegaer, herunder bl.a. softwareudviklere, ingeniører og andre med teknisk baggrund. Du vil derfor få rig mulighed for at supplere dine juridiske kompetencer med substantiel IT-teknisk forståelse. Du vil ligeledes arbejde nært sammen med vores juridiske teams, herunder Group Legal og Group Data Protection, Vi har en uformel omgangstone og lægger stor vægt på et godt sammenhold og faglig sparring.

Derudover vil du blive en del af KMD’s samlede studenternetværk, som har et unikt sammenhold og mange sociale arrangementer på tværs af hele organisationen.

Du kommer til at arbejde fra KMD’s lokation i Aalborg. Vi tilstræber en arbejdstid på 15-20 timer i gennemsnit pr. uge for studentermedhjælpere med mulighed for selv at tilpasse dine arbejdstider, så det passer med studiet. Vi ønsker at støtte dig bedst mulig i din uddannelse, og vi tilbyder derfor en høj grad af fleksibilitet i eksamensperioder. Samtidig vil du også i disse perioder have mulighed for at bruge kontorets faciliteter.
