About the job

As a Student Assistant in our Business Process Management team, you will support various teams across our department with data visualization and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Combining data into appealing and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards based on input from relevant managers.
  • Maintaining and improving existing Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure optimal performance.
  • Setting up and maintaining digital status boards within different departments in the Business Unit in collaboration with local responsible.
  • Performing various administrative and ad hoc tasks, including manual data entry and database clean-up.

  • You have strong communication skills and can translate input from colleagues into clear and functional Power BI solutions.
  • You are eager to learn and comfortable working with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • You do not mind handling routine administrative tasks as part of your role.
What you know

You may already have experience with Power BI, or you are keen to develop your skills in data visualization. Additionally, we expect that you:

  • Have solid Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, lookup formulas).
  • Ideally, have knowledge of SQL and relational databases (not required but a plus).
  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or professional bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, IT, Business Economics, or Management Engineering.
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

You are available to work 10-15 hours per week at our office in Aalborg. We are flexible and can accommodate your academic schedule.
