Dine opgaver
- Gennemgå og allokere overhead-leverandøromkostninger til den korrekte placering i regnskabssystemet og søge afklaring fra virksomheden, når det er nødvendigt.
- Udvikle en forståelse for, hvordan man behandler forskellige fakturatyper såsom internationale leverandører og selvstændigt være i stand til at skelne mellem disse.
- Opbygge en arbejdsviden om tilbagevendende omkostninger for at sikre fuldstændighed i løbet af hver måned (leje, forsyningsselskaber, IT osv.).
- Følge op på forespørgsler og omtvistede omkostninger for at finde løsninger og korrekt behandling.
- Samarbejde med flere afdelinger for at udstede præcise og rettidige kundefakturaer.
- Støtte lederen af kundeindbetalinger med afstemning af kundekonti og betalinger.
- Komme med idéer.
Din profil
- Dokumenteret erfaring i en lignende rolle.
- Komfortabel i arbejdet med regnskabssoftware og finansielle dokumenter.
- Organiseret og i stand til at håndtere flere deadlines, samt prioritere hvor det er nødvendigt.
- I stand til at arbejde effektivt samtidig med at bevare overblikket og nøjagtighed.
- God kommunikation og flydende i skriftlig og mundtlig dansk (engelsk er en fordel, men ikke en nødvendighed).
- God kulturforståelse og en evne til at opbygge relationer.
- Gode IT-færdigheder, kendskab til XAL Concorde er en fordel, men ikke en nødvendighed.
- Detaljeorienteret.

Med reference til Senior Finance Manager vil du spille en kritisk rolle i at opretholde de finansielle konti for CBRE Teknisk Servicepartner. Sammen med dine kolleger vil du blive ansvarlig for den daglige behandling og nøjagtige registrering af leverandøromkostninger samt udstedelse af kundefakturaer sammen med andre relaterede ad hoc-opgaver. Denne rolle vil være baseret på deres kontor i Aalborg.
