Som Operations & Support Specialist vil du indtage en rolle i skæringspunktet mellem logistik og den nyeste teknologi, hvor du vil arbejde tæt sammen med kunder, leverandører og vores interne specialister. Du vil deltage i at skabe unikke brugeroplevelser, optimere processer og reducere spild – i ordets bredeste forstand.

Som Operations & Support Specialist, vil du være ansvarlig for:

  • Sikring af, at systemer og processer fungerer fejlfrit og efter planen.
  • At være på forkant med support, og proaktivt skabe førsteklasses oplevelse for alle interessenter.
  • Implementering af tiltag, der skærper kvaliteten og højner kundeoplevelsen.
  • Identificering af udfordringer og implementering af effektive løsninger.
  • Effektiv koordinering af opgaver og opretholdelse af daglig kommunikation med kunder af forskellige størrelser.
  • Hurtig og kyndig respons på forespørgsler, uanset om det er via chat, e-mail eller telefon.
  • Optimering af arbejdsprocesser for at opnå den mest strømlinede arbejdsgang.
  • Proaktiv planlægning for at sikre en effektiv og problemfri drift.
