We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining accurate order management, placing and changing orders according to corporate guidelines
- Creating availability requests for customer escalations and handling credit notes, returns, and customer claims
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction during and after contact with Order Management, improving customer service processes together with the Operation Manager & Supply Chain
You will have a varied workweek with tasks that require structure, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Order Administrator, you will be responsible for following up on old orders (backlog), project orders, and securing deliveries. Your knowledge bank expertise will enable you to provide internal support to colleagues, share routines and processes to improve customer service, and ensure cases are answered within given time frames in the Customer Service Desktop application.
