Til Troltekt søger vi nu en dygtig Talent Acquisition Specialist, der ønsker at blive en del af en attraktiv arbejdsplads med en stærk kultur og et stort fokus på ‘work-life balance’ og faglig udvikling. Du bliver en del af People & Development, der bl.a. har ansvaret for at rekruttere de rigtige talenter til at understøtte Troldtekts ambitiøse vækststrategi og sikre, at læring og udvikling er en naturlig del af hverdagen.

Er du klar til at udvikle skalerbare processer og opbygge en stærk talentbase?
Som Talent Acquisition Specialist får du ansvaret for at tiltrække og rekruttere nye talenter gennem effektive rekrutteringsprocesser. Derudover vil du stå i spidsen for at udvikle og implementere engagerende Learning & Development-programmer, der bidrager til forretningens vækst.

Dine arbejdsopgaver er derfor følgende:

  • Drive rekrutteringsprocesser fra start til slut på tværs af organisationen, både i DK og udland
  • Opbygge og vedligeholde talentpipeline, der dækker fremtidige behov
  • Være sparringspartner for People Managers i rekruttering- og onboardingprocesser
  • Udvikle skalerbare processer indenfor onboarding og kompetenceudvikling
  • Identificere og kortlægge læringsbehov, der understøtter forretningens vækst, herunder at indsamle og anvende data til udviklingen af Troldtekt Academy
  • Håndtere ad hoc-opgaver indenfor People & Development, som opstår i en vækst virksomhed som Troldtekt
  • Samarbejde med Marketing om Employer Branding

Hvad skal jeg kunne?
Vi søger dig, der har 2-4 års erfaring med rekruttering, og som mestrer LinkedIn Recruiter og andre relevante sourcing værktøjer. Du er vant til at arbejde struktureret og professionelt med onboarding samt Learning & Development, og du glæder dig til at træne ledere indenfor rekruttering. Du er en stærk sparringspartner og bidrager med at finde de helt rette profiler, der både personligt og fagligt skaber værdi i de enkelte teams.

Din erfaring har givet dig solide kompetencer i at udvikle og implementere engagerende Learning & Development-programmer, og du er drevet af at skabe skalerbare processer inden for onboarding og kompetenceudvikling. Du har et kommercielt mindset og forstår, hvordan læring og udvikling skaber værdi for medarbejdere og forretningen.

Du er en selvstændig og initiativrig person, der går op i at få tingene gjort – og gjort rigtigt. Din kombination af empati og vedholdenhed sikrer, at dine projekter bliver en succes. Hvis du skulle beskrive dig selv, vil du fremhæve din evne til at tage initiativ, eksekvere og drive dine egne processer samt din forståelse for mennesker. Du har en fremragende projektleder i dig, der hjælper dig med at bevare overblikket, samarbejde effektivt med forskellige interessenter og udføre projektet med succes.

Du har en uddannelse indenfor People and Development, forretningsudvikling eller et relateret område.
