At Secomea, we’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our small People & Culture team. Our mission is to make manufacturing the most secure industry in the world by defending the factory floor – a mission that highlights the importance of getting the right people on board.

Don't be fooled by our small size. Even though we're less than 100 employees, we have high ambitions. In 2024, we onboarded 22 people and as we head into a new year, we're excited to keep the momentum going. But we need you to take our recruitment practice to the next level.

More specifically, we’re looking for you who:

  • Want to own the recruitment process from A-Z, hiring for all our functions (Technology, Revenue, Product Management, and Finance & Operations)
  • Thrive in the role of Secomea’s ambassador to the outside world and as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Can’t wait to dive into your first strategic project: connecting our core values and our manifestos on what makes a stunning colleague and a great leader with how we use assessment tools (we’re currently using PTP, PTL, and Insights)
  • Will make sure we get the best out of Teamtailor, our new ATS
  • Isn’t afraid to tap into your network or source candidates for trickier roles
  • Understand that recruitment doesn’t start with a job ad or stop with a signed contract – and you will take equal pride in ensuring our employer branding and onboarding strategies align with our (soon-to-be) best-in-class recruitment processes

Now, this may sound like we expect the world of you – don’t worry. Being a scale-up, we know that daily operations are quite time-consuming. We don’t expect you to have everything fixed within your first 100 days. What matters most to us is that you think the points above sound like fun and that you can see yourself being happy here.

The interview process will look like this:

  • Applications are reviewed ongoing. However, expect us to be quiet between December 20 – January 6 as we’ll be busy rocking around the Christmas tree and writing a bunch of New Year’s resolutions we’re not going to keep.
  • 1st interview: Get-to-know with HR Manager
  • Personality and ability assessments & case preparation
  • 2nd interview: Assessment feedback and case presentation
  • 3rd interview: Meeting with C-level
