NGI fik for nylig forstærket deres salgsteam til Tyskland, Østrig og Schweiz med to stærke profiler, og grundet et fortsat stort vækstpotentiale søges der endnu en stærk salgsprofil.
Som Area Sales Manager for de tysktalende markeder i Tyskland, Østrig og Schweiz, er du en del af NGI’s engagerede og velfungerende salgsteam, hvor du får ansvaret for din egen kundeportefølje og salgsregion. Du får base på NGI’s kontor i Nørresundby og kan forvente op til 30-40 rejsedage om året, så du kan komme helt tæt på dine kunder.
Efter en grundig oplæring får du ansvar for hele salgsprocessen – lige fra identificeringen af potentielle nye kundeemner til levering og opfølgning. NGI’s kunder er ofte maskinbyggere, så din evne til at opbygge stærke relationer og sikre gensalg er afgørende for din succes.
Dine vigtigste opgaver:
- Tage ansvar for en stor eksisterende kundeportefølje og sikre vedvarende vækst.
- Drive hele salgsprocessen fra identificering af nye leads til afslutning af aftaler og efterfølgende opfølgning.
- Bygge stærke, langsigtede relationer med kunderne, der primært er maskinbyggere.
- Sikre en høj grad af selvstyring og tage initiativ i dine daglige salgsaktiviteter.
- Arbejde tæt sammen med et team af kolleger, der alle har en stærk passion for at nå resultater.
Du har 1-2 års erfaring med eksport- eller B2B-salg, gerne til tysktalende lande. Du behersker både dansk, engelsk og tysk på et professionelt niveau. Du er selvstændig, struktureret og dygtig til at planlægge og prioritere dine opgaver, og derudover trives du i dialogen med kunderne og motiveres af at skabe resultater. Du har en kommerciel profil med en naturlig sans for at forstå kundens behov og finde de rigtige løsninger.
