Arbejdsopgaver
Netcompany skal for første gang i år rapportere jf. EU's nye bæredygtighedsdirektiv, CSRD. Vi er godt på vej og søger en Manager, der kan sikre fremdrift på den samlede ESG-rapportering til Netcompanys årsrapport og løbende forbedre og udvikle ESG-rapporteringsområdet på tværs af alle enheder i koncernen. Derudover bliver du ansvarlig for teamet, som arbejder for at optimere vores processer for ESG data- og dokumentationsindsamling, EU Taksonomi og diverse bæredygtighedsrelaterede initiativer.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil give dig en bred forståelse af forretningen og samspillet mellem compliance og kommercielle muligheder. I samarbejde med Director of Group Accounting and External Reporting vil du være ansvarlig for at omsætte kompleks lovgivning til forståelig rapportering og sikre, at alle dele af vores eksterne rapportering spiller sammen.

Du vil stå i spidsen for et mindre team i Group Accounting og arbejde tæt sammen med resten af administrationen. Derfor er det afgørende, at du besidder gode kommunikationsfærdigheder og kan engagere dine medarbejdere, så I sammen kan levere kvalitet til tiden. Med en stilling i ESG-rapporteringsteamet i Group Accounting bliver du en del af vores større Finance team, hvor du har mulighed for at sparre og udvikle dig sammen med dine kollegaer.

  • Stå i spidsen for Netcompany's implementering af CSRD i årsrapporten 2024 og frem
  • Bidrage til kommunikation med investorer vedr. bæredygtighed
  • Være ansvarlig for vedligeholdelsen og udviklingen af ESG-ratings
  • Bidrage til kontinuerlig forbedring af årsrapportering
  • Planlægge revisionen
  • Være kontakt til forretningen og sikre gennemarbejdet information til brug ved tilbudsgivning og andre kunderelaterede forespørgsler
  • Være med til at udvikle Netcompany's governance på området, herunder vores processer for rapportering, kontrolmiljøer og systemunderstøttelse

Om dig

  • Du kommer med ca. 3-5 års erfaring, meget gerne indenfor ESG eller bæredygtighed, f.eks. fra konsulent- eller revisionsbranchen
  • Du har interesse for at opbygge og vedligeholde processer
  • Du er en fremragende projektleder
  • Du er i stand til at skabe retning for og udvikle dit team. Ledelseserfaring er et plus men ikke en nødvendighed
  • Du er dygtig i Excel

Som person har du et højt energiniveau, et stærkt engagement, er udadvendt og besidder evnen til at kommunikere på tværs af organisationen og til studentermedhjælperen såvel som Executive Management og bestyrelsen. Du er proaktiv af natur og forstår at skabe og udnytte muligheder. Du har sans for detaljen og sætter en ære i at levere høj kvalitet til aftalte deadlines.
