In this role, you will play a key part in managing internal investigations globally at FLSmidth. This includes conducting high-level investigations requiring group-level attention, delegating cases to local investigators, and overseeing their work. You will maintain a database of cases and support FLSmidth's whistleblower hotline reporting tool. Additionally, this position involves various aspects of compliance work, such as due diligence of business partners and trade compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-level investigations that require group-level attention
  • Assign cases to local investigators and oversee their work
  • Manage and maintain the internal investigations case database
  • Oversee FLSmidth's whistleblower hotline reporting and case management tool
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Support broader compliance activities, including third-party due diligence and compliance training

Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a Master's degree in law, social sciences, auditing, business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, audit, or a related field. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an asset.
