Join GlobalConnect's pan-Nordic Inbound Marketing team in Copenhagen as our new Inbound Marketing and CRM Manager
As an integral part of our team, you will focus on expertise in Marketing Automation (MA) and managing Dynamics 365 from a marketing perspective. You will create and develop customer journeys aimed at improving lead conversion for both the SMB segment and complex sales processes. If you know how to get the best out of D365 or similar systems, this is your chance to do something special in a complex global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage Marketing Automation (MA) in Dynamics 365 to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Develop and implement customer journeys to enhance lead conversion for both the SMB segment and complex sales processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, creating a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for our Marketing Automation and CRM initiatives, aligning them with our overall business objectives.
- Optimize SEO and develop engaging content that drives traffic and captures potential customers' interest.
To Succeed with Us You Need:
- Proven experience in CRM management and Marketing Automation in Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
- Ability to create and deliver content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
- Experience with complex sales processes and the SMB segment, preferably in B2B.
- Fluency in Danish and business-level English.
