- Acting as a communication bridge between development teams and partners at all organizational levels.
- Supporting LEGO Group's long-term strategy by facilitating development that aligns with goals and key results.
- Establishing clear production goals and overseeing projects through their lifecycle, partnering with Product Leaders on needs, timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Extensive experience as a Game Producer, including a few years in a leadership role, leading successful full-development cycles of multiple shipped titles or products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and implement changes effectively in projects, adapting to evolving business goals or market trends.
- Skilled at identifying and resolving issues within teams or with external partners to maintain productivity and morale.
- Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning, with a deep understanding of production pipelines, including live operations.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to work effectively with partners at all levels, and strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams.
- Proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making, with a deep passion for enabling teams to thrive and perform at their best.
- Proficiency in production tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro), with experience in multi-location and multi-cultural team collaboration; prior experience with children's or young adult digital products is beneficial.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
